Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws (Colorado, Virginia, Utah, Connecticut).

What we do — and don't do — with your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not exchange it for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do share personal information with the service providers and sub-processors that are strictly necessary to operate PropertyInsight — for example payment processing, authentication, hosting, property-records data providers, and error monitoring. These providers are bound by contract to use the information only to provide their service to us. A full list of the categories of sub-processors we rely on is described in our Privacy Policy.

Under the CCPA/CPRA and several other state laws, some of this necessary “sharing” may be defined as a “sale” or “share” even when no money changes hands. The control below lets you opt out of any such disclosure to the fullest extent those laws require.

Opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal information

Turn this on to record your opt-out preference.

Your preference is currently stored only in this browser (no account required). Sign in to save it to your account so it follows you across devices. Full propagation to our service providers is still being rolled out. To make a binding, account-wide request in the meantime, use our Data Requests page or email [email protected].

Your other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. You can exercise these rights — or designate an authorized agent to do so on your behalf — through our Data Requests page.
