Add PropertyInsight to your AI client

PropertyInsight supports remote Streamable HTTP with OAuth; the exact connector controls and availability can vary by client and workspace. Claude opens PropertyInsight to sign you in. Verify the account or workspace, resource URL, and requested scope before you allow access.

Approve only what your client needs

OAuth ties the connection to your PropertyInsight account without giving the AI your password. On the consent screen, verify the client name, account or workspace, exact MCP resource URL, and requested scopes. Read access alone cannot authorize a new acquisition or charge.

Common connection issues

If the connector keeps loading or will not connect, confirm the server URL is exactly the PropertyInsight /mcp address with no extra path, then restart the connection from your AI client. If consent or the callback failed, the authorization request may have expired or the client may have changed its redirect URL; remove the connector, add it again, and complete consent in the new window. If the connection uses the wrong workspace, disconnect, switch to the intended PropertyInsight account or workspace, then reconnect.

Property intelligence, packaged for conversation

The client discovers only the tools allowed by your plan, workspace, OAuth grant, and connection profile. Ordinary MCP readers deliberately exclude upstream acquisition and open-web research. Platform-admin internals remain excluded.

Does MCP refresh property data or consume a property-search unit?

Ordinary MCP reads do not. Ordinary MCP readers use only the saved snapshot you are authorized to access.

What does my AI provider receive?

PropertyInsight returns structured results for the tool call, and your AI provider receives them so it can compose the answer. That provider's data handling terms apply to the conversation.

Why did a tool report that data is unavailable?

The field may be absent from the saved snapshot, unavailable for that property, or outside your entitlement. The result should identify the gap rather than inventing a value.

Can I use MCP and the web app together?

Yes. Both use the same PropertyInsight services, canonical records, plan rules, and workspace boundaries.

How do I disconnect a client?

Open Connected apps and revoke its OAuth grant. The client loses access immediately.
