Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making PropertyInsight.ai usable for everyone.
Last reviewed: October 15, 2026
1. Our Commitment
PropertyInsight.ai, LLC is committed to making PropertyInsight.ai accessible to as many people as possible, including users who rely on assistive technologies. We believe that access to property and ownership data should not depend on a person’s abilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to test, learn, and improve the experience as the product evolves, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.
2. Conformance Target
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
This is our target, not a certified conformance claim. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. Some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet every Level AA success criterion. We will update this statement as our conformance is independently assessed.
3. Measures We Take
Accessibility is considered as part of our ongoing design and engineering work. Measures we apply across the platform include:
- Keyboard navigation for interactive controls and primary user flows.
- Semantic HTML markup and landmark structure to support screen readers.
- Text alternatives and descriptive labels for icon-only and image-based controls.
- Touch targets sized for easier interaction on mobile devices (a minimum target size of approximately 44 × 44 pixels for primary controls).
- Attention to color contrast in both light and dark themes.
- Automated accessibility checks integrated into our development process to help catch regressions early.
These measures describe our current approach and are continually refined; they do not guarantee that every page or component fully conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA today.
4. Known Limitations
We aim to be honest about where we have more work to do. Despite our efforts, some parts of the platform may not yet be fully accessible. These are areas under active improvement, and may include:
- Complex, data-dense views (such as detailed property tables and charts) where some information may be difficult to interpret with assistive technologies.
- Certain third-party embedded content (for example, mapping and imagery) whose accessibility we do not fully control.
- Documents and exports that may not yet meet all accessibility standards.
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know using the contact details below so we can prioritize a fix.
5. Feedback & Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PropertyInsight.ai. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the platform, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
Email: [email protected]
Address: 24564 Meadow Lane, Westlake, Ohio 44145
We try to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe. When reporting an issue, it helps to include the page or feature involved, the assistive technology or browser you are using, and a short description of the problem.
6. Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review and update this statement as we improve the platform, identify new gaps, and respond to feedback. When we complete a formal accessibility audit, we will update this page to reflect the results. The “Last reviewed” date below indicates when this statement was most recently updated.
