Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — the unused portion of your current month is automatically credited toward the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. To move to a smaller plan, cancel your current plan (you keep access until the end of the period you paid for) and subscribe to the new one when it expires.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
Pro includes 12 searches per month, then $3 per additional search. Pro Premium and Teams have no monthly cap — every completed search is billed at
.25 on top of the flat subscription. All usage is metered and billed monthly through Stripe, and allowances reset on your billing date.What is the MCP AI Channel?
The MCP AI Channel lets you access PropertyInsight tools directly from AI platforms like Claude and Cursor. It is included with Pro Premium, Teams, and Enterprise.
Does every Teams seat get Premium?
Yes. Teams is a flat $350/month covering up to 10 seats, and every seat automatically gets Pro Premium capabilities — there is no per-seat toggle to manage.
What is your refund policy?
Plans are month to month and payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your plan simply does not renew after that.
All plans include SSL encryption and platform uptime monitoring. Pro is a flat monthly plan with a fixed search allowance, then $3 per additional search. Pro Premium and Teams have no monthly cap — every completed search is billed at
