Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
Pro is a capped flat plan — once you hit the monthly cap you can upgrade to Pro Premium, Teams, or Teams Premium. Pro Premium, Teams, and Teams Premium have no monthly search cap; every search is billed at $1.25 on top of the flat subscription.
What is the MCP AI Channel?
MCP AI Channel lets Claude or Cursor read property records you already saved. Asking on the property page works after a pull, including pay-as-you-go.
Does every Teams seat get Premium?
Yes. Teams and Teams Premium are flat team plans for up to 10 seats, so there is no per-seat Premium toggle. Teams Premium adds the MCP AI Channel on top of the base Teams plan.
What is included in Teams Premium?
Teams Premium includes everything in Teams plus the MCP AI Channel.
All plans include SSL encryption and platform uptime monitoring. Pro is a flat monthly plan with a fixed search allowance, then $3 per additional search. Pro Premium and Teams have no monthly cap — every completed search is billed at $1.25 on top of the flat subscription, metered monthly through Stripe.
